Sometimes the Delivery Slip in your Outlook client requires a width adjustment to accommodate for font sizes and screen resolutions. This is often the case when using a Windows tablet. If the text and formatting in the Outlook Delivery Slip is unreadable or needs more spacing, simply adjust the width of the Delivery Slip through the Preferences section.
In the main Outlook® window, go to the ‘DeliverySlip’ ribbon tab (in Outlook 2007, use menu entry)
Click on the ‘Preferences’ button. A dialog will appear where you can adjust several options.
Select the Delivery Slip Width percentage (100% = default), 125%, 150% or 200% to best accommodate your font size and window resolution. Hit Save.
