Sending a message with Challenge Response Authentication (CRA) (Webmail)

When the Challenge Response Authentication (CRA) is enabled on the Secure Messaging Platform, every new User that you invite (e.g. communicate with for the first time) must enter a unique verification code in order to complete the registration. As a sender, in order to send a secure message to this recipient, you must enter this verification code in the form of a Member ID / PIN, Zip Code, Account Number, etc. Every organization has different rules regarding the secret code, if you are unsure, please contact your administrator.
