File Attachment Progress Bar issues

When you are downloading or uploading file attachments using the MS Outlook® Toolbar, the progress bar will stay on top of MS Outlook® (and all other programs) and you will not be able to move it until the action of uploading or downloading is complete. You are able to continue working with your other programs, but the screen area behind the progress bar will not be visible. MS Outlook® will be ‘locked’ in the case of uploading a file attachment.

To avoid this issue, please ask your administrator if the asynchronous file attachment feature is enabled on your Secure Messaging Platform. With this feature enabled, file attachments will be uploaded and downloaded asynchronously without blocking MS Outlook®.
