Windows Large Fonts
Sometimes, your Outlook client requires a width adjustment to accommodate for font sizes and higher screen resolutions. This is often the case when using a Windows tablet. If the text and formatting in Outlook is unreadable or needs more spacing, simply adjust the width through the Preferences section.
- In the main Outlook® window, go to the ribbon tab.
- Click on the ‘Preferences’ button. A dialog will appear where you can adjust several options.
- Select the Width percentage (100% = default), 125%, 150% or 200% to best accommodate your font size and window resolution. Hit Save.
